During this open call, I wanted to learn more about typography and analogue printing techniques. I sketched a lot with letters, focusing on the form rather than text.
I also practised screen printing and risoprinting. At the same time, I explored how different colours react to different coloured paper when working with these techniques.
Eventually, both interests came together in an interesting way. I let AI make various images based on my sketches, resulting this image which is consisting of fragments of letters. It resulted in a series of screen prints and risographes.
