The design practice of Indi Theeuwes focuses on bringing color and material to life. Through experimentation, she explores a variety of techniques and materials to investigate how colors interact with each other, their surrounding spaces, and the emotions they evoke. By blending analog and digital methods, her work allows graphic design to engage dynamically with its environment. Her designs invite a fresh perspective on how color, form, and design can shape both mood and the world around us.

About me
I grew up in Breda, the Netherlands, with a love for drawing that started early and only grew stronger during secondary school. Wanting to turn my passion for drawing into a profession, I studied Graphic Design at the Graphic Lyceum in Utrecht and combined this with Illustration. Along the way, I discovered a fascination for new media and techniques, which led me to the New Design course at the St. Joost art academy in Breda. There, I realized how much working with color energizes me, a passion that culminated in my graduation project, Moving Moods. Today, I thrive on tackling diverse assignments in ever-changing environments.
